Kerala Beef Curry with Peas Pilaf

Kerala is a Southern India style curry traditionally using fish or chicken.  Here Ambassador Chef, Tejas Nikam of Vices & Virtues Restaurant in Christchurch, has created this delicious Southern India style curry using beef in coconut curry, flavoured with green chilli, curry leaves and turmeric. He says this is the perfect curry for our current situation as turmeric is a natural way to help boost the immune system.  Tejas likes to serve this curry with a pea pilaf rice.
